Can all punctures be repaired?
No, not all punctures can be fixed. That’s why our team inspects your flat tyre thoroughly before recommending or proceeding with any repair work.
Puncture repair advice you can trust
Punctured tyres can only be repaired if:
• The puncture is within what we call the “repairable zone”
• The puncture is no more than 6mm, both in diameter and length
• There is no more than one puncture for each tyre quadrant
If the tyre is repairable, one of our friendly tyre technicians will patch it, ensuring it meets NZ safety standards.
Whether the puncture is due to a sharp object, failure of the valve stern, a problem with the tyre and rim link, or worn-out tread, we can handle it.
Our puncture repairs ensure your tyres return to “within safe tolerance” of when they were newly manufactured. If the puncture can’t be repaired, we’ll gladly help you find a suitable replacement tyre.
